Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model improving access to high functioning healthcare with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee. Our memberships range from $35 – $189+ per month depending on the number  of people in the membership.

Direct Access to Your Provider

This is one of the most special aspects of the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. When you become a member of our practice, you will get your providers cell phone number. This means you can call, text, or email directly when you need it most.

Longer Appointments

Longer, unrushed appointments are a vital aspect of our care. It is important to us that we have enough time to go through everything on your list and look deeper into root causes.

When you need immediate care, we’ve got you covered. With our membership, you get fast care without the long wait.

Lab & Medication Discounts

Whether you need a lab or medication that your insurance doesn’t cover or you are a cash paying client, we save our members HUNDREDS of dollars by cutting out insurance companies and negotiating directly with labs and pharmacies.
