Through functional medicine and direct primary care, we look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture, addressing root causes while supporting the whole person.
We recognize that healing is not something that can be rushed. It happens in environments where people feel safe, supported, and at ease. That’s why we are intentional about creating a calm, grounded space that supports the nervous system and allows the body to move toward balance in its own time. Our role is to guide, support, and walk alongside each patient; offering thoughtful, personalized care that helps build lasting wellness and a stronger sense of connection to one’s health.

A free consultation is a great opportunity to tour our wellness center, meet with one of our providers, and learn more about our approach to care. During your visit, we’ll answer questions, discuss your health goals, and help you decide whether SWMI Health Matters feels like the right fit for you.
Free consults are intended to be relaxed, informational conversations focused on connection and education. While providers are not able to prescribe medications, order testing, complete medical forms, or provide medical treatment during the consultation, we are happy to help guide you toward the best next steps for your care. If you are seeking medical evaluation or treatment, we recommend scheduling a new patient appointment instead.
